Hancock Regional Hospital support groups for July

MS Support Group – For individuals affected by Multiple Sclerosis, as well as spouses, caregivers, and family members. This group meets the second Saturday of each month. The next meeting will be Saturday, July 12 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in a lower level classroom. Hancock Regional Hospital, 801 N. State St., Greenfield. No charge. Senior Caregivers - This group is for seniors who are caring for other seniors. Spouses and siblings often find themselves trying to provide care for another senior citizen and that poses special challenges. This group offers the benefits of mutual support with the information you need to provide care in your special circumstance. Attendees will also appreciate the expertise of a social worker who facilitates the group. This facilitator has worked with the aging population of the community for 10 years and can help connect you with the resources our area offers. This group meets on the fourthth Tuesday of every month except July. The next meeting will be August 26. This is a FREE group but registration is requested. Please call 468-4185 to register. Meetings are held at Hancock Regional Hospital in a lower level classroom.
