Emerson gives to digital mammography at RMH

Emerson Climate Technologies – Copeland Corporation made a commitment of $100,000 to provide a new digital mammography unit at Rush Memorial Hospital. The new mammography unit is in place and is presently being used in the Radiology Department of Rush Memorial Hospital.

Through Emerson’s gracious financial gift, digital mammography provides a clearer picture in the mammogram thus helping to find any abnormalities at an earlier stage.

“We are so grateful to Emerson for their gift to the RMH Foundation which has allowed us to bring digital mammography to our hospital. Emerson’ gift is making a difference in the health and lives of our patients. We thank them for their commitment to quality health in Rush County,” Rush Memorial Foundation Executive Director Faith Mock said.

Emerson has made the commitment of $100,000 over 5-year period. They recently presented their third installment to the RMH Foundation.

For more information on digital mammography or the RMH Foundation contact the Foundation office at 765-932-7568 or email to faith.mock@rushmemorial.
