Shelter Spotlight

— Shelby is a chow mix and was roaming the county for several weeks. She has some sort of clouding over one eye but doesn't seem to let it bother her. She is very well behaved in the shelter. Staff and volunteers would love to see her get out of the shelter and into a home where someone can take excellent care of her.
