engagement: Schaefer-Meek

— William O. and Debbie Meek would like to announce the engagement of Brittany Schaefer of St. Meinrad and their son Randy Meek of Rushville. The couple is planning a 3 p.m. June 7 wedding at Heritage Hills Baptist Church in Santa Claus.
The daughter of George and Lisa Schaefer of St. Meinrad, the bride-elect is a 2004 Heritage Hills High School graduate and a 2008 Franklin College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
The prospective groom is a 2003 Rushville Consolidated High School graduate, 2006 Vincennes University graduate with an Associates degree in Law Enforcement and 2006 graduate of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. He currently is employed by the Rushville Police Department.
