RUSHVILLE — The Rushville Music Study Club will present the annual year end program at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, at St. Paul’s Methodist Church. The year end program is open to the public. A free will offering will be taken to support the scholarship program. The program will feature musical selections from the monthly programs and also the presentation of the $1,000 Scholarship Award to Ben Wenche.

Ben is currently studying at Purdue University and taking piano lessons from Mike Woods this summer. He will be playing selections on the Marimba. He is a past member of the RCHS band and played in the percussion section.

The final selection will be a medley from The Sound of Music featuring several children and accompanied and directed by Scott Wildey.

At the conclusion of the program, there will be a reception with homemade cookies and the Rushville Music Study Club members invite the community to join them for this social time.
