About Here Come the Mummies: Here Come The Mummies is a Funk/R&B band, best known for their live performances dressed in full mummy attire. The band consists of a variety of professional musicians based out of Nashville, TN. Members of the band are under contract with various record labels and are rumored to be Grammy Award holders, but none of this can be verified due to the identities of the band members being kept “under wraps.”

Their ironic sense of humor is maintained through their appearance and performance. Their song “Dirty Minds” has been featured on television shows such as Big Shots, The Loop and Scrubs. In 2012, HCTM opened for P-Funk and Al Green, rocked Super Bowl Village, became regulars at The Bob and Tom Show and attended massive festivals such as Summerfest. The Mummies have again “pooled” what remains of their hearts, brains and dusty, withered appendages to make Cryptic, their newest collection of songs.
