RCHS presents “Clue” this weekend

Reserved tickets going fast

RUSHVILLE — Reserved seating tickets are going fast for this weekend’s RCHS stage production of the comedic murder mystery “Clue” Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 9-11. Call for you tickets today!

Play dates are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at the Laughlin Center for the Performing Arts on the RCHS campus. Tickets are $7 each and can be purchased by calling the high school at 765-932-3901 or from any cast member. This play is reserved seating and good seats will go quickly.

Could the murderer have been Mr. Green or even Miss Scarlett? Join in this classic who done it, based off Parker Brothers board game of the same name, that follows the 1985 movie script. The play, set in 1954, takes place in a secluded New England mansion where six strangers have been invited to a dinner party. Once all the guests have arrived, it’s not long before it’s revealed that all the guests are being blackmailed. As deception begins to work its spell on the party, bodies begin piling up while a murderer makes short work of eliminating anyone connected to the blackmailer.

Wadsworth, the house butler, will lead the audience and cast through the clues in this quick-witted 90 minute mystery. And just when the audience thinks they have the ending figured out, a new ending is revealed! With precision and professionalism, the high school cast will perform a different ending each night so the mystery remains fresh and entertaining.

The RCHS cast includes: Wadsworth - Jessica Miller, Professor Plum- Logan Mahan, Mrs. Peacock - Catie Liggett, Yvette - Sarah Daubenspeck, Mr. Green - Steven Locchetta, Mrs. White - McKenzie Conrad, Miss Scarlett - Kylee Hickmott, Col. Mustard - L.J. Conrad, Mr. Boddy - Austin Tielking, Cop - Jessica Schlechtweg, Motorist - Ashley Meyer, Mrs. Ho - Caitlyn Hasche, and Singing Telegram - Abi Roszell.

This RCHS Theater Department production is directed by Jennie Tague. Call 932-3901 to reserve your seats now for performances Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
