Rush County Chorale beginning rehearsals

The Rush County Chorale will begin rehearsals for its holiday concert at 7 p.m. Monday in the Rushville Consolidated High School Choir room. The only requirement to become a member of the Chorale is that you must love to sing. If you are not sure if you want to be part of the organization, just come on Monday night and witness how the Chorale works.

David Doyle is an excellent motivator and has the ability to take ordinary singers and transform them into a quality choir. Every member learns so much from his direction and insistence on doing the very best that you can. We are a diverse group from every walk of life and every age and we look forward to new members as well as having all of our former members back to sing with us.

Our patron membership campaign is in full swing during the months of August and September, if you would like to support the Chorale and Children's Choir financially, memberships are available in increments of $25, $50, $100 and $150 amounts. Your donation should be sent to the Rush County Chorale, PO Box 144, Rushville. The community has been very generous in the past by their its and we hope this will continue this season with our holiday concert and concert in the spring.
