Carrie Anne Redden and Andrew David Firth were engaged April 11 in Chicago, Ill. and are planning a June 2010 wedding.
The daughter of Joe Redden and Sue Burklow, the bride-elect is a 2006 Rushville Consolidated High School graduate. She is a junior at Ball State University studying nursing. She currently is employed as a nurse extern at Major Hospital in Shelbyville.
The son of Don and Linda Firth of Madison, the prospective groom graduated from Southwestern High School in 1998 and Judson University in 2002 with a degree in health and physical education. He currently is a head coach and health and physical education teacher at Casten Jr. Sr. High School in Fulton.
