The bride-elect is the daughter of Dean and Barbara Miller. She graduated from Rushville Consolidated High School in 1997 and Tri-State University in 2001. She is employed at Auto-Owners Insurance in Marion. The son of Denny and Carole Peggs, the prospective groom is a 2000 RCHS graduate. He is a self-employed farmer in northern Rush County.
