Published March 10, 2008 10:25 am - Ron and Marla Winters of Rushville would like to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jamie Winters, and Phillip Morgan. engagement: Winters-Morgan Ron and Marla Winters of Rushville would like to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jamie Winters, and Phillip Morgan. The couple is planning a 5:30 p.m. July 4, 2008 wedding at First Baptist Church in Rushville.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and 2006 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in biology. She currently is attending Indiana University School of Dentistry. The son of Scott and Melinda Morgan of Milroy, the prospective groom is a 2003 RCHS graduate and 2007 Purdue University graduate with a degree in aviation management. He currently is attending Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.
