I walked out of my house and to my truck, which doesn’t seem like much to most, but there was someone out there who couldn’t do that. Maybe someone who is paralyzed, in a wheelchair and aren’t capable.
It’s the small things like the ones I just mentioned that we take for granted. Our problems are small compared to a lot of others.
I think you can compare how things affect different people, but sometimes people get so wrapped up in their own drama, they forget the big picture. You never know someone’s whole story and they may be having a rough time in life. My point is, quit complaining about small things. Don’t be so negative. Be positive, you will be much more pleasant to be around. No one likes a Negative Nancy or a Debbie Downer. Be appreciative of what you have, be thankful.
I read a quote once from an unknown author, “As you waste your breath complaining about life, someone out there is breathing their last. Appreciate what you have.”
