The Rush County Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for new business, Umbrella Family Waiver Services, LLC, located at 208 W. First Street, Rushville.
Umbrella Family Waiver Services, LLC offers an array of services to provide alternatives to nursing home care. They provide stay at home options such as bathing assistance, personal care needs, housekeeping, cooking, errands, grocery shopping, bill payments, and much more. The highly dedicated and trained staff are cognizant of the needs faced by individuals who require a “little extra help” from time to time and are eager to assist.
The director has in excess of 34 years in the healthcare field and has been a licensed nurse for 23 years. The family-owned company started in 2002 to ensure that one of their loved ones was well cared for.
Over the years, they expanded their services to include the entire citizenry of Rush and Fayette counties.
Umbrella Family Waiver Services does not provide in-home medical care; rather, they offer support services to enhance the overall quality of life for their clients.
