Curtis and Becky Haywood of Indianapolis were the first customers April 1 in The Sampler to participate in the "Give Back" program. They elected to send The Sampler's 20 percent contribution from their purchase to their church. Curtis Haywood has Rush County roots, since his grandfather, Oscar Love, was a Sampler craftsman from the 1940s through the mid ‘70s. The Sampler "Give Back" program continues through the end of April.
