Steven and Melissa Knecht are proud to announce the birth of their son, Eli Scott Knecht. He was born at 7:10 a.m. June 15, 2008 at Decatur County Memorial Hospital, weighing six pounds 15 ounces and was 20 inches long. He was welcomed home by big brother Ethan James Knecht. Grandparents include Steve and Barb Knecht, Scott and Tonya Koger. Pentecost Jennifer Lynn Murphy Pentecost and James Ronald Pentecost are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Sophie Rose Pentecost. She was born Sept. 9, 2008 at Fayette Regional Health System. Grandparents include Arleen and Ron Myers, John and Cathy Murphy, Elmira Pentecost Johnson, John Edward Johnson, and the late Henry Pentecost Sr. Rena Clark is a great-grandmother.
